# Expert Hints:

01 -
  • It tastes like a vacation in a glass without requiring you to leave your kitchen or spend a fortune at a fancy restaurant.
  • No cooking, no stress—just ten minutes and four ingredients standing between you and pure refreshment.
  • Elegant enough for dinner guests but casual enough to make for yourself on a Tuesday when you need something beautiful.
02 -
  • Temperature is everything—if your glasses aren't chilled and your Limoncello isn't cold, you'll end up with a puddle instead of a drink, and that's not the vibe we're going for.
  • The order matters more than you'd think—pouring the Limoncello before the water lets the two liquids create visual layers that make the drink more interesting to look at and more balanced to taste.
03 -
  • Use an ice cream scoop with a release mechanism—it makes placing the sorbet into the glass feel less clumsy and more controlled, which matters when you're aiming for elegance.
  • Taste your sparkling water before you buy it—some brands have a mineral quality that competes with the Limoncello, and you want one that plays supporting role, not lead.
