- Line a 9x9-inch (23x23 cm) baking pan with parchment paper and lightly grease it.
- 2. Divide ingredients.
- Divide the marshmallows and butter into three equal portions (about 3 1/3 cups marshmallows and 1 tbsp butter for each color layer).
- 3. Red layer.

c. Stir in a few drops of red gel food coloring until the desired shade is reached.
d. Add 2 cups Rice Krispies and mix until evenly coated.

b. Add 3 1/3 cups marshmallows and stir until melted.
c. Stir in vanilla extract.
d. Add 2 cups Rice Krispies and mix until coated.
e. Gently press over the red layer. - 5. Blue layer.
- a. Wipe the saucepan clean, then melt remaining 1 tbsp butter over low heat.
b. Add remaining marshmallows and stir until melted.
c. Stir in a few drops of blue gel food coloring.
d. Add remaining 2 cups Rice Krispies and mix until coated.
e. Gently press over the white layer. - 6. Decorate and set.
